About these terms
These terms cover your use of Booqs, a product of Venus Group L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account or using Booqs, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Booqs is an AI booking agent that replies to your customers on WhatsApp, books, moves and cancels appointments, sends reminders and hands chats to your team when needed. It supports your team. It does not replace it.
Your account
- Give us correct details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Connect only WhatsApp numbers your business owns or is allowed to use.
Your business information
Booqs answers using the information you give it, such as services, prices, opening hours and FAQs. Please keep it accurate. You stay responsible for the bookings and the service you provide to your customers.
AI replies
Booqs works hard to get things right, but AI can make mistakes. Check your calendar and chats regularly, and take over any chat when needed. Booqs only answers questions about your bookings and business, and hands everything else to you.
Fair use
- Message only people who contacted you or booked with you.
- No spam, marketing blasts or misleading messages.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and UAE law, including TDRA rules.
- Do not use Booqs for anything illegal or harmful.
Plans and billing
Plans are monthly and priced in AED, as shown on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance through our payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal.
Data and privacy
You own your business data and your customers' data. We use it only to run Booqs for you, as set out in our privacy policy. You are responsible for telling your customers how their data is used.
WhatsApp and other services
Booqs relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform and other providers. Their availability and rules are outside our control, and changes on their side may affect the service.
Availability
We aim to keep Booqs running 24/7, but there may be short breaks for updates or issues outside our control.
Ending the service
You can stop using Booqs at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, you can ask us to export or delete your data.
Liability
Booqs is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you about important changes. Questions: hello@booqs.io.
