You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Here is how.

Use the form below, or email hello@booqs.io with the subject "Delete my data" and your WhatsApp number.

We check it's you

We may ask a quick question to make sure the request comes from you.

We delete it

We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

  • Your name and WhatsApp number
  • Your chat messages
  • Your booking history and client record

What we may keep

  • Records the law asks us to keep, such as invoices
  • Data that no longer identifies you

Messaged a business?

  • You can also ask that business directly. They can remove your data from Booqs, or we will pass your request on to them.
